Step Inside and Stay Awhile!

When you enter Moore, Oklahoma you need to make a stop at 113 W. Main. Let me take you into a world of rug hooking, punchneedle, embroidery, folk art painting, quilting, and just about any type of primitive craft you can imagine.

In the front windows you will find projects that are for sale as well as samples for the classes they offer.

From the ceiling to the floor you will simply be amazed at all you will find inside.

If you love homespun fabric you will find bolts and bolts in every color you can imagine.

Candles that will fill your home with the most delightful scents, needlework and painting patterns, and gift items can be found at every turn.

Books, wool on the bolt, hand~dyed wool, embroidery floss, notions, paints, brushes, stencils, rusty tins, and so much more right here in one store.

Locker hooking supplies, moda fabric, applique, frames, penny rug supplies can also be found.

Believe me you can spend hours inside this store and still not see it all.

Meet the owners "Vonda and Karen", a mom and daughter who will greet you with a warm welcome and take care of all your questions and needs. They have been in business for over 20 years.

Pati teaches many classes such as quilting, block of the month, and rug hooking. She made the quilt hanging right behind her. It is one of the newest blocks of the month currently being offered.

Today was rughooking and punchneedle guild and we had a great turnout. It's always so much fun to see what everyone has been working on and some of the great finishes.

Two new gals joined in today to get a quick lesson on punchneedle and they were coming along very nicely with their projects before leaving. They plan to join us again next month.

A day filled with laughter, pulling a few loops, needle punching, and looking over some newly dyed wools always feeds the soul. Hope you enjoyed a little tour of one of the neatest shops in the great state of Oklahoma!

Happy Trails....Ginger

Love stores like that, everything in one place.
Still can't find a good store for threads around here, though.

Wow! To have ALL that under one roof. Here, we have a couple nice quilting stores, and a great stitching store. I need to find a source for penny rug supples - my next craft to learn. Maybe I should just drive on by!
