Making Hay While The Sun Shines

Got me a new hat this year...my old one had seen better days.

Too hot for boots so might as well work on my tan :) the flip flops didn't last too long before I traded them in for tennis shoes.

Danny had the tractor with the radio, AC, and the cab....hmmmm!!!! I had the one with the sunshine, bugs, and fresh air!

Those rows seem to be getting longer and longer.

Here I am trying my best to keep the rows straight...not an easy task when your getting very sleepy!

There goes Danny again....probably sipping tea, singing a song, and hoping he doesn't have more problems with the baler!

Farm living is the life for me. Land spreading out, so far and wide. Keep Manhattan, just give me that countryside.

Happy Trails....Ginger

I so very much agree with you Ginger!!! If I was your neighbor, I'd be out there helping you and Danny with all that hay!

Wow you are a brave girl. I would be burnt to a crisp if I went out to work dressed like you were. Haying is not my favourite job (allergies) but I love the windrows and the look of bales on the field.

While it is alot of hard work, farm living can be very satisfying. I love your new hat and the Green Acres reference brought back memories. But now i can't get that theme song out of my head. lol

I'm with you, rather have the country than any city. Enjoy it all.
Pic's of the camp were great, so glad you enjoyed it and I know it was well deserved.

There are worker bees and queen bees, but my favorite people are always worker bees. ♥

That said, I'm hoping Danny knows your true worth! Don't forget your sunblock!
