Sometimes You Have to Stop and Clear The Clutter!

Slowly I've been hooking on this big House Blessings rug by LJ Fibers. It has been nice to just sit and hook with all the strips already pre~cut. Laurie did a wonderful job with this pattern, color selection of the wools, and I must say I'm very pleased at how well cut the strips are. Just overall a happy rug project!!! I'm going to change up the heart with the 2010...just not sure what I'm going to do just yet.

Well it was a busy weekend as usual but I tackled a huge project and emptied out most of my craft room into the living room. Thank goodness no one came knocking at the door and witnessed the mess. Well my desk is now back to a work station and the wool is all put up once again. I still have the SCARY closet to take care of. I think I need to really use the motto....MAKE DO AND USE IT UP!

It's been cold here and we had a light dusting of snow...oh if only we would get enough to build a snowman!

Happy Trails....Ginger

Great hooking & cool workspace/studio! We have lots of snow today, but it isn't the good kind for snowman building. It is dry & dust. Maybe as it melts we can make one.

Beautiful rug so far!

Wow!! Your work station is very neat and organized, awesome job!! Is that smaller white cabinet with all the little cubbies a shoe holder?? Because that's a neat idea and perfect for the little things.

We only got a dusting in NE OK also. The kids were upset, they were wanting a snow day from school. The 5 yr old said he was really wishing he could make a snow angel... it was so cute! Cold here too. Stay warm!!

I spent all of yesterday organizing in my sewing room ... ran out of thinking power so had to quit before finishing, but am close.
We have enough snow here for a snowman...come on over. :)

We're expecting another 6-10 inches of snow today and believe me I'm more than happy to send it your way!!! ;-) lol! Great looking work space you have there! Love the LJ Fibers rug. I might just have to get the pattern for that... ;-)

The pattern looks great! Lovely colors. great job with getting your cleaning done, and I like how you use your space vertically as well.
I'm just thinking now, "look out" Ginger is organized and ready to roll. Can't imagine how many projects will be flowing from your finger tips :)

I love the bright colors in that rug. It is really beautiful. Yes, I know about cleaning projects like that I have a few really huge ones that I need to tackle but as of yet still working up the courage. Have fun!

I enjoy hooking a pre cut kit now and again. The kit you are working on is lovely. Great job with your work station/craft room. January represents a month of getting organized and hooking, lots of hooking. I wish I could send you some snow, we just received 18 inches with more on the way in the next couple of days. Blessings from snowy Maine.
