*~It's A Wonderful Life & More Giveaway~*

I just love this movie. Even through the struggles of life if only we will remember the simple things of life and stop and count our blessings it will make us each a little happier.

So with that said it's time for another giveaway and this is what I'm offering....It's A Wonderful Life DVD, a pair of Santa PJ's, and a Snowman Mug. Here's what I would like you to do~
Just leave a comment of something that has blessed your life!

Here is one of my many blessings:

One of my greatest blessings has been my Moma and Daddy. They made sure their 4 little girls were loved, kept in clean clothes, and always fed. We enjoyed the simple fun things of life and created so many wonderful memories along the way. We sat down and ate supper together at the table and discussed our day. We enjoyed summer vacations together. Oh we didn't go anywhere fancy just camping. But most of all I'm thankful for the daily prayers of my Moma praying for her children and for the character that they instilled in us day by day.

Oh!!! I will give the goodies away to one of you on Sunday November 23rd!
Happy Trails To You....Ginger

The Lord has blessed me with a Godly loving husband, though I do not see much of him at times due to his career in the Navy. It is truly a blessing to take care of him and the house on a regular basis. It is also been a blessing to be able to live in various places like Hawaii, South Carolina, Virginia and Texas. I am greatful that the Lord has given me a wonderful husband.

What a neat giveaway! I'll post about it in the morning - in the meantime, I am very blessed to have a wonderful family - my husband, and my children, and my extended family. I love them all very much!

The way that I have been blessed the most is by marrying my wonderful husband and being adopted into his family. My family is not that close and I love my in-laws with all my heart. I love big family get togethers as that is something that I had not been used to. They are a loving, generous, giving family and they all have truly blessed me. I thank the Lord everyday for them.

blessings,
~ Pam ~

I'm blessed by you all!

I have so many blessings in my life..so many! One thing is that while many women have critcal or cold mother-in-laws I was blessed with one who is so generous and understanding. And fun! She is more like a wild and crazy girlfriend than a mother-in-law.

Thanks for sharing!

I love the movie "It's a Wonderful Life", too!! Never get tired of watching it.
One of the greatest blessings in my life were grandparents who showed me unconditional love, were always there ~ I knew I could talk to my grandma about anything. My grandpa was a patient, encouraging Godly man. He was a commerical artist and took the time instill a love for creativity of all us grandchildren. I often think about his encouraging words as I use my God given talents in more ways then I ever knew I could!

Well, Ginger...aren't you absolutely the neatest! It truly is a wonderful life. Even though we all have rough patches in life, God always sees us through. I have had so many wonderful blessings. One such blessing came the first Christmas after I became a grandmother. My sweet Cassandra (we call her Cassie) arrived on Dec. 6, 1982. All of our family was at our home that year for Christmas. We had five generations on both sides of the family. That baby girl had lots of loving from all those grandparents. And this year we have been blessed again by this little girl...she's all grown up now and a mommy herself. So, this Christmas we will have our first "great" grandson to bless our Christmas gathering. Yep, it truly is A WONDERFUL LIFE.

I have lots of blessings in my life but my most precious are my children. Lots of memories of their growing up. We spent a lot of time with their Grandmother Wolf, my husband's mother, going to church, eating pizza and doughnuts, and just spending Saturday evenings watching movies. They have become caring and responsible adults because of all the love that has surrounded their lives. patijane

I am thankful for all those things people usually mention (and I list them in my prayers)- but what I never mention during prayertime is I am especially thankful for PJ's. Yes, you heard it right....there is nothing like a pair of snugglie PJ's to make the cares of the world go away and open you up to all kinds of possibilities - whether it's sitting watching a great movie, reading an exciting book or getting cuddles from your favorite snuggler!!! I love PJ's.

What a nice giveaway!!

One of my many blessings:

This would be my grandfather - Papa - who passed away a few years ago. This loving and unselfish man raised me for the majority of the 1st 5 years of my life when my parents were struggling and continued to be a central "parent" figure. He made sure I went to church, took me to visit the extended family, went to every school event and made me appreciate the little things in life. Whenever I asked him a question his answer would be "whatever your little heart desires." My husband says it is because of my grandfather that I became a loving and grateful person - so for me - my grandfather was the greatest blessing in my life.

I have bundles of blessings, but I'll share the one that I found myself thanking the Lord again for today. It was a warm, clean home to live in.

I'll never forget the year that my husband lost his job and we lost our home. There was a low point where everything we owned was packed into a moving truck and there was no place to drive it to. But the Lord saw our need and provided a place just on time.

So today as I put another log on the fire and enjoyed its warmth, I felt so very thankful all over again for a place to call home.

You don't have to enter me into the drawing. I wouldn't want to be greedy and would like someone else to enjoy your generosity as well, but I did want to share my blessing.

Smiles,
Lea

I'd love to be entered for your giveaway...that's probably my very favorite movie....and it does remind you of what's most important....which is the same for me...my family....my parents raising me the way they did, the hubby the Lord sent me, my miracle children, my cozy home, being able to be home with my kids and homeschool them, this great country, my church family, and friends. So many blessings!

What a wonderful way to do a giveaway to get us to all think of the good things in our lives.

I am thankful for my husband, why? Because I live thousands and thousands of miles from my family and he is always there in my homesickness phases with cuddles, chocolate and whatever else he can do to help me.

I am in Canada, so not sure if that makes a difference, but I will tell you what has blessed my life.....I am blessed with a wonderful husband and 3 children...I grew up in a loving home as an only child, of older parents....both my parents passed away..dad in 2005, and mom in 2006...out of all that sadness came something good. I have a wonderful renewed relationship with my cousins...we meet weekly and have done so since my mom passed away. It has given me back an extended family besides my husband and children...and I am forever thankful for this...I feel like my mom and dad somehow would not leave me alone in this world, if you know what I mean...
Take care
Marion

I just found your blog and love it! Please enter me for this wonderful giveaway. I am so blessed but I would have to begin by saying that the greatest blessing is knowing that my Lord never fails me. He has given me a wonderful family, home, and taken care of us for many years. It hasn't always been easy...but we made it through the tough times because of much prayer and faith. I am also blessed by my many friends I have come to know through blogging. Thank you for all your encouragement.

The greatest blessing in my life is my daughter. I had my tubes removed( sad story ) after two boys and 9 months later--long miserable months--I gave birth to my most precious daughter. She is 31 now and still blesses my every day. I have many blessings in my life- a wonderful husband, great friends, loving and healthy grandchildren but the miracle of my daughter has had the most impact on my life.

Ginger please add my name to the drawing, I love that movie & never watched it until about 10 yrs ago.

My blessing is that GOD has used so many NOT so wonderful experiences in my life to make me useful & helpful to others that are experiencing the same situations.

Thank you
