Proud AS Can BE!!!! $5,000 Winner!!!

Oh Boy! Oh Boy! Oh Boy! My niece Erin entered a cooking contest in the National Beef Cook off and her recipe was selected a few months ago! She won a trip with her Mom to Sanoma Valley, California to cook her "Olympian Burger"....today was the cookoff and I watched via the internet and tonight they announced the winners. She was in the teen category...she was the youngest contestant just 14 years old and she won the runner up in her category! HOOORAAAAYYYYY!

Now that's what I call a hamburger! Wonder what she has planned for that $5,000!!!!

Congratulations ~ ERIN~

If you would like to see Erin at the cook off click here or just visit the Beef Cook off for the recipes of all the contestants here and look for winning recipes!

Happy Trails....Ginger
