Needle Punch Jack~O~Cat and A New Set of Wheels!

I finally put the last stitch in this great design by Brenda Gervais. "Jack~O~Cat in his Halloween Costume was fun to make. The penny rug turned out perfect for a little table display. I plan on putting it on eBay later tonight.

This lil' fella will be having a birthday in about 3 weeks but I just couldn't resist giving him a early present. He has decided that the lil' car that he used to learn to walk with was a skateboard which was a little bit on the scary side as boys will be boys and try all kinds of things. So what's a grandma to do...why buy a skateboard!

So as you can see he's been trying out his new set of wheels. I think I might be investing in a helmet as I'm sure he plans on taking it outside.

Happy Trails...Ginger

I love the penny rug! Soooo cute!
Haha about the skateboard. You're just asking for trouble! At 2 3/4 years old, my grandson can rarely run across the room without tripping/flipping over something. Putting WHEELS under those feet?!? Forget it! haha

Your Jack-O-Cat turned out sooo cute. I love the way you finished it as a penny rug. Hope it does well on ebay. I know your grandson will thoroughly enjoy that skateboard and I do think a helmet is a great idea.
