Circular Sock Knitting On the Prairie

What a fun group of Cranky Ladies...You heard me these gals are the nicest cranky ladies I know!  These gals know how to crank out socks, toys, fingerless gloves, and oh so much more.

What an honor to have them at our first ever Prairie Moon Primitives Retreats.  They came from so many different states the farthest being Minnesota and the closest being Texas.

We enjoyed lots of laughter and food!

They worked and worked on their projects!

Some were beginners....

Some were seasoned crankers!

There were those who taught!

Meet Linda and Darlene

Georgia did a lot of teaching!

Hope was making socks galore!

Rose kept us laughing...she was oiling up her machine for speed cranking!

The girls from L&B Yarn in Norman, Oklahoma came down with yarns.....Socks That Rock were a big hit!

Couldn't have done it without the work crew....Ann and Mom plus Danny's Mom came to help in the evenings!  I am one blessed gal.

The cranky gals presented me with a bell. I am thrilled to pieces to have this hanging in the barn.

We had an open house for those who wanted to come out on Saturday to see the Circular Sock Knitting Machines in Action!

Time for a lively game to see who wins 19 skeins of yarn!

Look at Linda she is the Yarn Diva that won!

What a fun filled Retreat for some pretty special Cranky Ladies!  They have blessed my heart far more than they could ever imagine.

Happy Trails.....Ginger

What a fun group of ladies and the barn was the perfect place for such a large group and all their equipment. So glad that your first retreat was such a success.
