My Favorite Things Freebie Pattern

It's been awhile since I lasted posted and I must say we had a wonderful Thanksgiving with friends and family.  Hoping you did, too!    We do have so much to be thankful for our hearts and homes are truly blessed.

With Christmas fast approaching I thought I would do a few little ditty patterns of  "My Favorite Things" and share them with you in the upcoming days.  Feel free to stitch, punch, hook, or paint them however you choose.

Miss Kitty comes by to visit us at the window often.  She prowls around and finds a warm, cozy place in the shop behind the house.  She is a good mouser!

Danny went hunting over the weekend and I decided to get out the paper mache boxes and prep them for some needle punches I have planned.  Lots of painting on the edges and insides. Yes those ugly tags will be covered over with a nice wool piece.  I have the hardest time trying to get them off so I just cover them up!

Next I added fabric with the mod podge.  I had over 50 boxes by the time I was finished.  Now to get the punch needle busy!

I did manage to put the finishing touches on some little pockets, scissor fobs, and pins.  I've been working like one of Santa's elves into the wee hours for our upcoming adventure next year.  I hope to have boxes and boxes of goodies to offer.

Let us be Merry and Thankful this Christmas Season :)

Happy Trails.....Ginger
