An Antique Inspired Rug

I'm working on a number of rugs. Today I'll share the progress on this antique inspired rug. An American Prim Gathering group is working on this rug as a bit of a challenge. Two days of on and off hooking and this is what I have accomplished.

I've also been whipping on a few small mats....seems it takes me awhile to get that part done.

Sniff...Sniff....been battling a head cold and a sore throat. Very rare I have a cold. Maybe a chocolate chip cookie will help :)

Well back to the binding!

Happy Trails.....Ginger

Looks great, hope you feel better quickly. Cookies always help the patient, if not the problems!

Ginger,
I LOVE the colors you chose to hook this rug! It's looking so wonderful! I got the pattern enlarged today and still "overthinking" my plan of attack! LOL!! You are inspiring me to get in on linen!!
Hope those cookies help the sniffles.... rest up!!
Hugs!

I love that rug! I bought the pattern a while back but of course it is still in the closet. That's a lot of hooking in just 2 days off and on. I wish I could hook that fast.
I've also been fighting a cold or something so have a cookie for me, too.
Hugs :)
