I'm One Lucky......

Grandma or as Sloan calls me "MoMo"....I am so very lucky to have the joy of seeing this lil' cutie pie so often and does he ever bring smiles and laughs to my days during the week. He went to visit his other Grandma he calls "Gigi" and stayed for 12 loooong days. So today he was back and we had a picnic outside and played with bubbles and enjoyed playing in the water. Oh I wish I had one of those big bubble makers when I was a kid. I had fun playing with it, too....might just have to get one for myself!

He is a little water bug and before long I was soaked, too. It's been so hot here the cold water felt pretty good. Tomorrow we hope to go to a water park with his cousin Megan and enjoy some fun in the sun.

I've been working on binding more rugs and while Sloan splashes and plays it's a great time to work on getting a few more done....that is until the water starts coming my way :) Hope you find some time for a little fun in the sun soon.

Happy Trails....Ginger

He is just a ray of sunshine! :)

Love how your rug is looking too. Can I ask, where do you find your wool yarn for whipping?

Smiles,

Betty

What a fun time Sloan is having. I love bubbles. Can't wait for my granddaughter to get here. Your binding is looking awesome, too. Looks like you have mastered it.

He is so cute! We are never to old for bubbles. I think bubble blowing has been the most cheapest and one of the funest things my youngest Son and I have done together. I say go get yourself a big bubble blower and enjoy.

Wow, that binding on your rug is looking mighty fine! You are going to be looking for others to finish soon! ;)

Sloan looks like he is glad to be back at MoMo's. What a lucky kid and grandma!

Such a sweet post Ginger. I'm so glad you get to enjoy him and watch him grow up! My youngest is 4 1/2 and we get such a kick out of some of the things he comes up with. They bring so much joy to our lives, don't they?
