~*My Heart's Desire Giveaway*~



Did you know February is Heart Health Awareness Month? Heart disease has had a profound affect upon my own life.

Heart disease affects the young as well as the old. So take time to take care of your heart you'll be glad you did!

Walk a little more, watch what you eat, keep your blood pressure and blood sugar under control, and keep your check-ups!

In honor of Heart Health Awareness I want to give away a little mug rug that I hand~hooked and a wonderful smelling little primitive pillow "Follow Your Heart", just leave a little note on this post and you could be the winner!

I'll announce a winner on February 10th and if you don't have a blog just leave me a email address.

    I have been walking more and increasing the fruit and vegie intake as well...amazing ho I am more concerned about my health now that I am getting older! lol

    It wakes you up fast.
